NOW HIRING: Client Concierge

About The Role

We’re looking for a service-focused person to join our team and help our clients all over the world.

  • You’ll be responsible for creating relationships with our members and making sure that they're always clear on how to get the most out of our programs. This includes facilitating a community vibe in the group, making sure that members show up to various sessions and events, and being able to help them if they need assistance to succeed in our programs.

  • You’ll be responsible for some administrative work, such as maintaining client attendance and payment records.

  • You’ll do some social media engagement, such as changing banners, creating Facebook events, or posting meeting reminders.

  • You should be comfortable working online, using tools like Zoom, Gmail, Google Docs, etc., and you should have a solid track record working with clients and getting results.

  • This role is virtual. That means you’ll work under the direction of the leadership team, but you’ll work independently and are expected to self-report your progress and completion.

  • The hours are primarily Monday to Friday 9-5; however, you have some flexibility to shift that availability for evening and weekend work if an event takes place outside of the typical workday.

  • We’ll train you on our core content, and our unique approach to helping our clients. You’ll be expected to learn quickly.
